Biography:

Mr. Brian Toye, E Dan (2nd Degree), is a certified black belt instructor in the World Tang Soo Do Association. Mr. Toye has trained in Tang Soo Do at Texas Tang Soo Do with Senior Master West since moving to Texas in 2012. As a Cho Dan Bo (Black Belt Candidate), Mr. Toye acted as an assistant instructor. He tested for his Cho Dan in October 2016. Mr. Toye is also a certified Corner Judge in the World Tang Soo Do Association.
